Are you curious about the construction industry and our large projects within the Green Industry in Gällivare and Luleå? Then the NCC Master Trainee Program (MTP) is probably for you as you start your career after your studies. Through the trainee program, you will have the chance to acquire knowledge and experience from various parts of NCC's operations within the green industry while building a strong network and making lifelong friends.
You will join an organization that will gradually be built up as projects develop. This means that structures and collaborations will be created over time, and not everything may be in place immediately, providing a unique opportunity to influence and have an impact in the early stages.
Welcome to become a part of our team!
The Trainee Position
The NCC Master Trainee Program is structured around a rotation model where you will work in various roles within different parts of the projects in the business area of Green Industry Transformation during your 18 months as a Trainee. You will rotate between projects in Luleå and Gällivare, and the exact setup will be tailored for each trainee. Your skills, experiences, and areas of interest, along with NCC's future needs, will form the basis for your Trainee period. Together with your future manager, you will establish an individual development plan at the start of the program.
The goal is for you to get to know the company, our values, and your fellow trainees. Therefore, we will kick off with a national meeting at the start of the program in September. In addition to your rotations, you will have several national meetings with your fellow trainees and training blocks covering topics such as leadership, strategic work, and presentation skills. When the program concludes, a digital mentoring program will commence, lasting for one year. You will be assigned a mentor from NCC, and through monthly meetings, you will have further opportunities to develop and grow together.
The aim of the position is to provide you with the best conditions to subsequently step into a role as a supervisor, project engineer, or equivalent.
Your Profile as a Trainee
The MTP is aimed at you who are a civil engineer with a specialization in Road and Water, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Economics. You will either graduate in the spring of 2026 or have a maximum of two years of qualified work experience after completing your civil engineering degree. The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period.
